How to seal holes where stucco wall meets concrete patio

Any tips on how to do some quick fix type repairs on areas along the exterior of my house where a stucco-over-brick wall abuts the concrete patio. Eventually I will rip out the concrete patio and make things much nicer than they are now, but right now the main goal I have is to prevent moisture and critters from getting in through the gaps. Some photos attached.

Also, will I be okay with the run of the mill concrete crack fill stuff at HD / Lowe's to fix the cracks in the 4'x4'x4" concrete 'slabs' that make up the patio? (Last photo)
