I have moderate sized gaps between my filter box and air handler. I plan on using foil tape to seal these, except for the rear seam. Because the furnace sits close to the wall/soundproofing, I cannot access this gap from the outside. I worry about using foil tape to seal the gap from the inside (will I run the risk of the tape coming off and getting sucked into the blower?)
