I'm not that familiar with it but, according to this, Rattan and Bamboo are two different things:I have never tried to fix a rattan chair but if I had time, I would probably try it.
I would try to find growing bamboo (because it is green and supple) and try to weave it in the correct places. I would leave extra long ends sticking upward because as it drys it might shrink. Then trim them 9 months later.
The chair has appealing design. Fun to fix if possible. Best wishes.
it looks like you have to get the same wooden robes and rebuild itMy dog chewed through my rattan chair quite extensively. I am wondering if it is possible to repair. Kodi nox I am willing to look at creative solutions which may use different materials and colours as I don't want to throw the chair out.
