looks like a small cap on the top that you pry out to access the screw or it has a set screw in the back side or its the kind where you hold the lever and unscrew the bottom from the faucet
How to remove faucet handle
Hi!
How do you go about removing the handle on the faucet in this picture?

One would think the little caps on the handles would pop off, but they didn't. I just used my fingernail and it's like they couldn't lift off. I didn't want to try a screwdriver before checking here to see if anybody has any hints.
