I have a white Vanity like this one http://www.foremostgroups.com/K&B/assembled_bathroom_vanities/images/presidential/presidential_white_vanity_30inch.jpg and I will like to paint it in black like this one http://media.photobucket.com/image/black%20vanity/agnesackneback/vanities%20and%20toilet%20for%20sale/vanitiesandtoilet027.jpg. I would like to know how to paint it without having the glassy look I want it to have a dry flat paint. Do I have to spray paint? if yes, do I used a regular black paint or it has to be for a wood. Thanks

that pic looks to be a satin (semi-gloss) black finish, not flat. you can spray it. remove hardware and spray away.
if it's already painted, you'll need the appropriate paint for going over existing finish, and for wet location.
