My husband and I own an asphalt paving company.....asphalt if installed correctly is 2 inches compacted depth installed over 4 inches compacted depth limestone flexbase. I dont think that bolting anything to asphalt would keep it there.... I would suggest after building is set in place drill holes and fill with concrete and either drill into that or set some sort of tie downs into the concrete.... check with a mobile home supply store for those..... Hope that helps!!!!! Also.... be careful not to get any solvents or fuel on your asphalt as it will cause it to fail.
