I have a craftsman pressure washer. I put everything in the basement over the winter. Now in the handle there is a water leak. I found a brass fitting that's part of the trigger cracked. Is there anyway to patch it. Or am I stuck buying a new handel

You might try Brazing it.

That's, use a brass rod and welding torch to seal the crack up.

This takes a little practice, have you ever brazed?

If not, take it to a professional welding shop to ask about brazing it.

You might use a little J B WELD on it, this is a two part epoxy sold in the box store, that might seal it.

I would not attempt repairing that part.

It's already cracked and leaking. If you repair it and suffer a catastrophic failure of the repaired part, the person using it is in trouble.

IMO, the risk isn't worth it vs the $30 gun replacement.
