Bought an old dump, had a deck on the back that was built over the sill plate and rotted a good deal of the wood out. Also had termite damgage-severe, some wood is like powder when I pull it out. Trying to figure out how to secure the new sill plate to the concrete foundation? There is not enough room to get into it, only 7 inches of height. Any tips about this please?

Do I need to use any kind of epoxy/adhesive with the anchors? I am reading some things that talk about this and others that don't use it.

Not sure what size you would need but you drill a hole the same size as the bolt and just hammer them in and then tighten them. No epoxy or anything.
