How to do retrofit installation for a casement window without z-bar?

I have ordered an aluminium casement window for retrofit installation. But it comes without the z-bar. I called the Milgard and was told that they do not have the model with z-bar.

How do I do the retrofit install without z-bar? Does anyone has experience in this before?

Dunno, all my retro-fit Milgard windows have Z-bars. New construction has nailing flange. If without Z-bars or nailing flange - what does it have on the sides or for mounting?

What is the siding on the house - stucco, other?

A picture might help.
