Hi,

This question is for those who live in Prince William county, Va.

Is there an easier way to contact/ask Prince William residential inspector and get response?

I have tried to call the inspector and left voicemail several times in the last two weeks and yet got no response😒

Have you tried visiting the office? I'd be surprised if the county has only one inspector, and another may be able to help you.

Sorry man. I live in Manassas City. I've emailed them a few times and got responses a few days later.

Tried again in the morning and got in touch with one of the inspectors. They must be busy but willing to answer questions. They were delighted that i check on these small things first. Hopefully, i continue get support during finishing my basement process.

Coming to their office is really a hassle as i'm only working on the basement whenever i have time.

I live pretty close to county office and every time I have gone to visit them, they have been as responsive as possible with all the people waiting. The desk attendants do what they can and have even called inspectors to look at what I want. The inspectors have been very educational.
