How much paint should I get for doors and trim?

How many gallons of paint do you think I should get? Its 2 1/2 inch casing and 3 1/2 baseboard. Would a 5 gallon bucket be enough?

4 - doors
Baseboard for the bahtroom, laundry, family room, and bedroom
Balusters

Trim takes time, but it uses barely any paint! Get 2 gallons and you might bring one back.
