Took us less than a day to complete start to finish. We mulled together 2 Pella windows. There was no window here. The header is double 2x10's with a piece of OSB in between, all glued together with construction adhesive.

Window Installed (we saved and reinstalled all the same siding). Window still needs a bit of caulk. We used the special rubber tape on the outside of the window to seal it up, then put all the felt back on. Here it is from the outside:

I can't tell if you put a metal flashing on top of the window. Otherwise it looks good.

It is as metal clad window, so no flashing was installed on the window it's self. I did use a special rubber tape like produce to seal between the house and the top of the window.

Do you normally use flashing with metal clad windows?

Top flashing should be put on every window. It's a standard building practice. Particularly important when windows are mulled together as yours are.
