How do you remove these window handles?

They don't go underneath the frame, the kind of "Plug into" the frame. I just can't seem to get them off after unscrewing the two screws.

If you rotate it halfway, there is a small screw in the handle

Sorry, I meant to include that. I got the screw and the handle off, but for some reason, it won't pull off.

It may be jusTap it a few times with a hammer and see if that loosens it. Then just grab it and pull while wiggling it.
