You have to pry off the caps on each of the hot/cold knobs to access the washers there.

Shut off the water main first though.

Here's an exploded view of a fairly typical faucet. Yours will look something like this inside. Ultimately, you probably need to get at and replace that little thing called a bibb washer. It's a 25-cent part at your local hardware store.
