My hot water surges kitchen single lever faucet that is closest to the water htr. The surging occurs as the water gets hotter. I have disassembled faucet mechanism but found no debris. ( Note this is in a seasonal home and I am suspecting some sort of debris in line.) There is no surging at any other outlet and it is only on the hot water

Is there absolutely no sign of surging in the hot water faucets for your bathroom basins, bathtub spout or shower head?

There is no shut off valve. The hot water "pulsates" 4-5 x /sec as it gets hotter. almost like a water hammer. Could there be an air pocket? Debris in line??

If it was me, I might try a couple of things:
1.Install shutoff valves under the sink, so I could attach a supply line and spray water into a bucket, kind of bypassing the faucet.
2.Swap the supply lines on the faucet so hot and cold are reversed and see what it does.
3.Take the guts out of the faucet and turn the water on and see if anything (debris) comes out.

No shut off valve undersink. No other pulsating anywhere else in system.??
