in the kitchen sink, cold water pressure is GREAT. Hot water pressure is almost nonexistent How can I fix this?

is it the same on the other hot water sides in the bathroom if no shut the valve under the sink and check the flow out of it blockage could be there.if the same all around might have mineral build up on the out pipe at the top of the heater ..like colesteral in a vain narrows the opening and the pressure drops going out.
