Hose bib mounting fixture

So it is an old hose with galvanized iron pipes. We successfully added an extender onto the end of the old threads which are thin and getting close to being shot. We made a good connection and now have solid pipe to fix the new hose bib onto. Problem is - the hose bib bracket is about one and half inches from the brick exterior wall. Has anyone seen a mounting dome that can be attached to the brick and provide a surface to secure the hose bib to. I have a picture

I've never seen a manufactured product but have seen some home made using wood such as cedar or redwood. Cut it square, router a design on the edge. Drill a hole for the bib. Mount the block to the brick and finish installing the bib as normal. Works good on vinyl or beveled siding too.
