hI:

My house remodel has run over budget and I am out of money so I will asking my contractor to leave soon. I'll be taking on flooring, tiling , fireplace, decks, stairs, rails etc.. whatevers necessary to finish the work and pass the final inspection.

My Contractor was awesome and did great job getting most of the framing done. Budget was way over due to poor planning and design by MyStructural Engineer and Architect screwed me those guys are useless money suckers
