time delay in the tstat? try jumping the w to r terminals at the circuit board

I have a Goodman Model GMP-100-5 that replaced the ignitor on it.
Also did a cleaning on it. Now the damn does thing does not want to start up. When I press the switch to power it up the red light on the board comes on for about 5 seconds then goes out, no blinking.
Any ideas ? I checked all of roll out switches and found them ok. Also made sure my rewiring was ok as well. The unit is receiving power since I can run the blower on manual.
