I’m looking to buy a paint sprayer for use around the house. I don’t mind spending some money on a very dood one. I just want to know it’s a very good DIY sprayer.

Uses include painting the front door. Adding Varnish clear coat to a hammock. Painting aluminum windows. Possibly painting vinyl wicker furniture (if possible).

Ideas?

I know very little about homeowner type airless units. One of the things that make a good unit better than a cheap one is the availability of replacement parts. For what you want to do a quart cup sprayer should be adequate. I couldn't imagine trying to spray windows with any airless.

How would you paint aluminum windows? I’m just wanting to do just the very outside edge where it’s gotten stucco and old paint on them.

Id say you'd need just a $20 harbor freight cup gun for most of that stuff. Doesnt work well with thicker paints or latex though. Would work great for oil base varnishes, and oil paint for your windows though.
