I was gifted this trimmer knowing it is cantankerous about starting and running. That said,can anyone who has one offer tips about starting it cold as well as after it has been running. I had hoped to add a pic for clarification of the carb choke positions but can't see how to do so from my phone.Will downloaded ad to my computer and edit the post to include it

Here is a pic showing the carb and choke of the trimmer. I also meant to include that I have yet to get the thing to dispense additional trimmer line using the "tap/bump" feature. Any ideas why are also appreciated.
