I've got a hole in this block right at the level of my driveway apron. I had a guy patch the hole 4-5 years ago, but the fix failed and the hole seems to be growing. The hole has grown to be below the level of the driveway now.

The viewable area of the hole above the driveway is about 3/4" high x 3 1/2" wide. It extends below the driveway at least 2-3" and maybe more. I'm looking for a permanent solution that doesn't require that I jackhammer the driveway. Is this possible?

The basement floor is about 8 1/2' below the hole.
Holes in concrete don/t grow and some one did that or left it like that.
The driveway has settled down over time. I would try to fill it with grout.

As the driveway has settled we should be seeing black waterproofing there.
