Miami, Florida resident, retired, 76 yrs since birth.
Wife and I are fixing whatever roof leak shows up in our 21 yr old, concrete tile roof. Have so far fixed 5 leaks which we think will last a long time. Have spent a long time online finding out how to repair roofs but still have many questions.
I also do everything I can in and around the house and maintain our two older automobiles.
