Can anyone tell me what kind of window this is? And maybe how to fix it or get it fixed?

Its 7 years old

I have no idea how it comes apart, it looks either plastic or vinyl. It slides open, left or right. Double Pane, The part that is broke is the stationary outside piece.

Any help would be great!

Thank you

That appears to be a storm window. They have various ways of keeping them in place, but looking at the screen next to it, it appears that it is the spring loaded type that fits into slots in the window frame. Push to one side or the other, if it moves, that is it.

It’s a vinyl xo horizontal slider.

Replacing the glass can be diy but your better off calling a glass company.

They will come out measure and order the correct sealed unit for that window then come back and install it.
