HI,
I have an issue with my AC coils dripping into my intake box. (straight down instead of adhering all the way to the trough.

I want to staple some 3-5 mill plastic to the walls and have it funnel to the bottom with some kind of drain that I can pipe to the real drain with a tube.

What I need is something where I can cut a small hole and clamp a drain (like between two washers, where water would pass through it and on the bottom end it would have a nipple I could attach a small diameter tube to.

Is there such a think pre-made?

Beats coming up with 3K to replace the system. At least for a while. The AC works great otherwise. I have recently cleaned the coils and charged the system, but it still drips a little.

What I'd do is get a pair of small plastic funnels (example) and some silicone caulk. Cut the tip off one of your funnels. Punch a hole in your plastic tarp, spread some silicone around the edge of the hole on both sides of the sheet, and sandwich your funnels around the hole, lining up the holes in the funnels with the hole in your sheet. Once the silicone sets it should be relatively waterproof.

Hope that makes sense.

PERFECT!

THANK YOU!!!
