I am unable to get a three way switch to work. I have followed a few different diagrams on the internet and nothing. Could really use the help if anyone has some ideas. I have two 3 -way switches. The issue I am having is on one 3 way switch the power, the light wire and the second 3 -way switch wire all come to that one 3 way switch. I do not know how to loop everything correctly to make it work. I put it down on a piece of paper if that helps.

Connect all the grounds together and to the switch. Connect the white from the power to the white to the light. Connect the black from the power to the switch common. Connect the black from the light to the black of the 3 wire cable. Connect the red & white of the 3 wire to the other terminals if the switch. Doesn't matter which. At the far end switch, black to common. Red & white to other terminals.

While you arrangement works it does not meet current code. You need a neutral in the far end switch. This would require a 4 wire cable instead of 3 wire.
