Trying to wire a new fan in my bathroom but not sure how to wire it. I have old conduit wiring in my house with only black and white wires. However the fan has 2 white, one black, one blue and one green wire. So how should I wire the fan. I have attached the installationhttp://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfImages/9c/9c7d2e4c-08c4-4f00-b6e1-6757a06da469.pdf
instructions which include a wiring diagram if that can help.

This is my first post and thanks for your help.

If you want the light and fan to come on at the same time, wire the black and blue together from the switch. Wire the whites together.
If you want the light and fan to be operated separately, then you will need to add another wire and another switch.

I installed a bathroom exhaust fan recently, my home is older with only hot & neutral in BX conduit. I did what vann suggested. Clamp your BX onto junction box, make connections inside, then run ground from fan to the jb and secure it with a ground screw or clip. I srewed JB to 2x4 in attic above bathroom.
