Long story short, I tried to replace my existing 3 way switch with a new 3 way switch, but I had to pretty much take everything out and my attempt at putting everything back as it was failed because now the ceiling lights controlled by the new switch don't work.
The other 3 way switch is located on the other side of the room.

The box itself is a mess and after diagramming it out I am quite confused as to why there are so many conduits coming in and out of this box. See my diagram below.

There is also a 1-pole switch in the same box that does work as currently shown wired.

The lines I've drawn are color coded to what the wire colors are that I see in the box. The blue triangles are wire nut splices.

One thing I have noticed is that when using a non contact voltage tester, there only seems to be voltage coming in from the black wire on C2.

There seems to be way too many wires that are unaccounted for. I have no clue what exactly C5 or C4 are going to, and i am assuming C6 goes to the light that the 1-pole switch is controlling. Not sure what C1 is doing either.

Everything besides the lights on this same breaker still works.

Please help me out! I would like my living room lights working again

I would try this:

C3 white to white bundle
3 way switch black to black bundle
3 way switch two red travellers to red of C3 and black of C3

Try switches with a partner, on, off, alternately to see if correct. If travellers are not correct, circuit will not trip but full funtionality may be incorrect.
So, if correct, you're done (50/50 chance).
If not, reverse two red travellers (swap them) between red of C3 and black of C3. Test again.

C5 seems live (outlet?)
C4 seems dead?
C1 seems live and red wire is a spare?

Sorry for the late response, was away for a bit. I did some testing, and I think this is what I concluded.

C5 is the power source.
C6 controls the light that is connected to the 1 pole switch.

C4 is the living room lights that I am trying to wire the 3 way switches to. I know this because I connected the black from this conduit to black C5 when the 3 way switch was disconnected and the lights came on.

This means C3 probably connects to the other 3 way switch on the other side of the room?

C1 and C2 are connected to wall outlets.
