hi. i have a BIG PROBLEM and i need help please.
i have a 30gtn100 carrier that iv been working on for over two days and no hope.

PROBLEMS
AN 8 FLOORS BUILDING WITH TWO OF THE 30gtn100 carrier ON THE ROOF. ALL EIGHT FLOORS ARE ALASKA COLD, THE UNITS ARE NOT CUTTING OFF WHEN IT REACHS A VERY COLD TEMP, AND NO CLLUE WHY, CAN ANY ONE HELP ME PLEASE

AND IS THERE ANY TROUBLE SHOOTING WEBSITE FOR THESE UNITS?

Each room in each floor has a thermostat and I have played with each one of them but no hope
The thermostat works on compressed air, the main line that comes out of the air compressor was broke
And leaking air, after repairing it the pressure is 60 PSI so it’s normal.
I’m almost sure it’s a small problem somewhere but no clue. The air flow does not stop into the building
Plus it is freezing cold 24 hours. I’m not sure if it needs to rest or?
