Hi, the current setup is wired where the both outlets on the receptacle are switched. I'm trying to reconfigure this so that just one of the outlets is switched and the other is constantly on.

The picture shows the current configuration.

If anyone could help show me how to wire this, I'd appreciate it.

Break the tab on the brass side between the two screws. Attach a pigtail to the two blacks and connect one end to the other brass screw.

leave neutrals alone and don't break tab on that side??
