Help Needed - Hardwood Floors

Hi Everyone,

I am curious if there is any wat to treat or mask marks left by moving a fridge on hardwood floors? They are a little too noticeable for me. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Are these marks scuffs or indentations/scratches? There's a big difference in treatment.

Sure, sand it...

Now of course that would really only apply to a wood without a finish on it doesn't it? So the question really is: How do I remove scratches on a _________ finish on my hardwood floor?

(Fill in the blank with a selection of: Polyurethane/aluminum oxide/don't know-it-came-like-that/ how would I know, I just bought it? - or a selection of your choice that would allow us to answer you meaningfully.):wink:

but utltimately, that's why you do not roll a fridge over hardwood floor,
it scratches it. and the only way to get rid of it, is sand the whole floor, and repaint/varnish.

have to lift it up, or use a dolly.
