Hello,

What type of plug in would this be called? I need to find an adaptor so that I can plug it into a wall socket. It is powering 6 T5 florescent bulbs and 4 computer fans to cool the bulbs. However, I have since removed the T5s and would just like it plugged in to run the fans.

Any help? Thanks!

Ya I see they change at different lenghts. I ordered the 10 ft one, thank you!

Is the 18gauge correct?

Can you explain the difference?
What change? What "difference"?
They are both rated to carry 10 A and your projected use would require much less.

Their use is often for desktop computers, for which the maximum draw would usually be less than 5 A (at 120 V).
