Help converting Thermador cooktop to LP

Have this Thermador cooktop that I need to convert to LP. I know there are conversion kits but I was wondering if they should be specific to my model, as I was unable to find information about it. From what I read, all I need is to change the orifices and use the proper regulator, is that right? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
