I bought this fixer-upper 13 years ago without a whole lot of money to fix it up, but still over there years I have replaced flooring, changed lighting, laid a patio...but now, my house has taken a sudden turn for the worse. It has had some settling issues that, when I bought it, I thought was stabalized. But over the last few years I have noticed indicators that the house may be on the move again. The last few months it has been undeniably on the move...gaps between inner walls and the ceiling, for one. So I will be looking for the appropriate place to put my question, but that is why I am here. So you all have a good, foundationally secure evening!

Sorry to hear about your challenge. You may want to have a structural engineer assess for you and come up with some corrective actions.
