Joined in here hoping for some confirmation on a major remold project. (More info elsewhere.)
Also hopeful I may be able to help someone else with theirs.

At 57 and having experience in many trade areas my entire life, I have gained enough knowledge to be dangerous... LOL. Jack of all trades, Master of none... My full time career has been medical, But I have worked in all forms of construction, From Grading and septic tanks, to the completed roof... Ran a Plumbing Heating Electric business for a couple years in the early 80s. Graduated HS with auto mechanic major and worked in several garages, plus my own on the side for years.
But again note.... Most of this has been years ago... new technologies and rules apply. Climbed a tree to top yesterday and was reminded I've gotten old... :vs_mad:

You're roughly the same age as my baby brother. Hopefully the situational reminder wasn't too forceful. (We have other members not so lucky.)

Do put your general location in your signature. That will matter a lot sometimes.
