I already love this forum. I'm a 1st time homeowner - I bought a 1960 ranch house in Montpelier VT that has had little maintenance done on it in the past 3 years about 3 months ago. The house needs lots of work, and my budget forces me into DIY mode.

My list of projects is endless and overwhelming. Great resource here.
