Hello everyone! I'm buying my first house & I'm really excited & scared at the same time. It's a new construction home that was on the market for about 3 months & the builder needed to get rid of it already so I got a pretty good deal on it. Since I didn't have any input on the design or colors I want to make some changes like interior paint, tile in the stand up shower, epoxy on the garage floors, etc...

Thanks for a great forum. I plan on learning as much as I can!
