I'm MrPisky and I live in the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC area. Well, at least I will once we close on the house we're buying. We're currently up near Charlotte, NC.
I used to be a licensed GC back when we were building our home several years back, but poor health forced me to take a break doing the fun stuff for a while. Our current home will need several fix-ups before we're ready to move in. Some will be DIY stuff, others will be require contractors.
I hope to be able to contribute where possible and not just receive. Glad to be here and hello to all!
