Hello from Miami (Miami dice hola)

I'm an old guy, 61, forced to retire when the department I worked for at a state university fell victim to budget cuts. Since then I'ved learned to do a lot of things around the house I used to pay people to do. Yes, Miami is as beautiful as everyone says it is and yes, it is every bit as ugly as everyone says it is. Try to imagine a multi-cultural, multi lingual demolition derby with beautiful buildings, beaches and manificent sunsets. When things get a little better I'm going to sell this place so I'll be looking for a lot of advice to make it as nice as possible. Have a happy!
