Hi everybody. I'm Texan living in Amman, Jordan. We have built a house here (with countless do-overs, remodels, and improvements). Getting sound advice, backed by real knowledge/experience is not always that easy here. Painting, in particular is my 'thing'. Looking forward to hearing ya'lls advice.

Interested to hear what brought you to Jordan?

I can only make an educated guess but is your house made of cinder blocks or wood? I was in Mexico in November and every home is made of cinder blocks, would guess the same in the middle east.
