A statement on the educational system?
Hi CB and welcome to the forum, neighbor so to speak.
It takes a while to sort out which members are best on different topics but this is an extremely helpful group on many topics. Youtube videos can be a curse or blessing and I find it much easier to come here and ask as opposed to screening dozens or more videos.
