Hello, I live in Auburn, WA. I am a homeowner of 21 years, on my second home. I don't do major buiding myself, but do the smaller projects or do some of the sub construction on remodeling. My passion is more in motorcycles and cars. I restore cars for fun and ride motorcycles as a passion. My most fun thing to do around the house is work on the yard, which is 1.25 acres. Anything that puts me outside makes me happy, especially if I get to play with dirt and plants.

I have a lot of tools and a little knowledge. I know more about welding and metal fabrication than I do about working with wood or sheetrock, but I have learned how to do a lot of things. I know more about wiring and electrical code stuff as far as houses are concerned. I also like to install laminate.

House was built in 1985. You never know. We bought from the folks who built it. Brick house on Lea Hill. Was all farm land back then. I do have a framer who goes to our church, he just did some work for us on a major kitchen remodel. But thanks for the info, if Buck is not available, I can give you a pm on any future work.

I also built a dozen or so houses on Lakeland Hills, 1st division, when there were only 2 dozen houses there, back in '88. Man, I'm dated. Looking forward to your next post, You know it's addictive! Be safe, GBAR
