Hello everyone! I am very excited to be here, and hope that I can learn lots of new and fun ideas from all of you!
Ok, I confess, I am a mature young woman that has always had a niche for doing anything mechanical, as i am mechanically inclined. I just retired from the medical field as a Registered Nurse. I enjoy fixing my own things, and pretty persnickedy when others to do things for me. Though I am not outspoken about my little kwirks, it usually doesn't take long for others to realize I am pretty sure of what I want.
Since I have successfully raised my boys, and they are out on their own, I really want someone to help me learn how to fix things in my home myself.
My home flooded last winter, ruining all the flooring, and most of the walls around the baseboards.
