I'm a multiple home owner and here for the input on what will no doubt be multiple issues! Condo, home, vacation home in the mountains and they all fall on me for repairs. I don't usually need to call in the pros but I will when I know it's time.
I have a background in electrical controls and studied EE in college.

Well, I tried yet again to edit my profile to no avail. For whatever reason, I am stuck in no mans land. Do I even really exist or am I a figment of my active imagination?!
