I have just purchased my first house, its a fixer upper. The past owner did nothing to fix 2 leaking showers or the leak in the roof so there was quite a bit of work to be done to sort that out . I have worked hard and re grouted the showers fixed the leaks and even worked and fixed the leaks in the roofs. As I am finishing the inside I now need to move to the out side and work on some of the windows and doors. This is what lead me to this site and I hope to keep reading and picking up good advise to finish up my house.
