Yesterday our electric went off for a minute or so and now my outside unit will not come on. The fan works. We have checked breakers and are wondering if there is some sort of a reset button on the unit.

Yesterday our electric went off for a minute or so and now my outside unit will not come on. The fan works. We have checked breakers and are wondering if there is some sort of a reset button on the unit.

By fan do you mean inside is blowing or the fan on the condenser (outside) is coming on without the compressor?
