Hello. I am planning to lay Grip Strip Flooring in my bathroom and then carry it through to my connected Bedroom. However there is a pretty decent downwards slope leading into the bedroom from the bathroom. How can I even it out or make a slope that would be suitable for laying vinyl plank along it? TIA

Edit: Bathroom floor is concrete, Bedroom sub floor is plywood

Decent slope does not tell us much, pull a string and let us know exactly how far off it is.
Anyway to use a transition strip at the threshold?

I added some information and pictures, Its enough of a slope that if its not evened out I think the plank would be bouncy.

Install a transition bar, or install a wooden pad and cover it with material?
