I just had a leak repaired, vacuumed and filled with freeon. Now, about 2 weeks later, the air is not cool. The fan and all is working just not cooling. Is it possible not enough freeon was added or am I looking at another leak or some other complication from the first repair?

Reversing valve may be stuck.
Check for voltage at the reversing valve or have a tech check it. If voltage is getting to the reversing valve in cooling mode, sometimes all it takes is a good tap.

It will look like so
and it will be on the inside of the unit which means you'll have to remove the service covers and dig in there a bit. Be careful, turn the power off by way of breaker or disconnect and not just the stat (you will still have high voltage out there if only stat is off) to the unit first.

if this repair was done 2 weeks ago, you need to call the repair company that did it.
