Moved into a new build with, ok skip the descriptives, a 'large shed' 6" from the property line. I understand in my neck of Ontario sheds are supposed to be 18" from the back property line.
It also has an evestrough around it that drains from the back onto our lot. It has probably been there for 10-20 years and is the source of lots of nice metal-fabrication sounds and smells.
Fence will be going up soon... albeit neirly flush with the back of this SR&ED (probably post on my side would be just about touching the gutter). How much success would there be in having the:
1) Shed 'moved'! ( Probably a bit extreme - probably saved by mothering rules)
2) Drain pipe 'repositioned' - are you allowed to drain direct like this??
