thermocouple/thermopile usually the first check/clean/replacement. pilot tube, not getting sufficient air could be some other issues.

Hater heater lmao. I meat water heater. Thanks for the fast reply, originally it came with a natural gas set up. Also it had a conversion kit for propane. I just switched out the themopile & it’s heating up now. Thanks again for your advise.

My in-laws had the same hater heater issue with theirs last year... ended up getting their water heater thermocouple replaced. As far as I know, their hater heater hasn't hated since lol
